Zain is the Managing Partner at this law firm. Having been licensed in April of 2021, Zain was quick to absorb a variety of legal information and strategies as the job immediately required that of him. Zain mostly handles immigration cases related to deportation or asylum, but also in visa and citizenship matters. Zain also handles cases related to divorce and personal injury. Born and raised in Houston, Zain wanted to give back to the Southeast Asian immigrant community by helping those escaping persecution or those trying to avoid a separation from their families.
Zain graduated early from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and was fortunate enough to spend his second summer doing an internship for the Chief Bankruptcy Judge at the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Zain has passed the first administered Uniform Bar Exam offered in Texas allowing him to apply to practice in other states and jurisdictions. Zain also holds a certificate in Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets as well as a specialization in Intellectual Property Law earned through coursera from Duke University and the Pennsylvania State University respectively. However, while Zain maintains an interest in the aforementioned subjects; Zain finds himself spending everyday trying to comfort clients in tough situations and to provide them the best zealous representation he is capable of.
